About the Role

We are seeking a

Delivery Manager

to support the delivery of digital services. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and will provide crucial administrative and organizational support to the Project Manager. This includes assisting with planning, documentation, and communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

+ Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from Discovery through to Live.
+ Assist in managing Agile teams, ensuring delivery aligns with policy, user needs, and organisational outcomes.
+ Drive continuous improvement by embedding Agile best practices.
+ Manage and mitigate risks and dependencies.
+ Support Agile ceremonies and delivery frameworks.
+ Track and report on project progress.
+ Organize and maintain project-related reports and documentation.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

+ Balance competing priorities in politically complex environments.
+ Ensure delivery outcomes are transparent through clear reporting and governance.

Team Leadership & Coaching

+ Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches.
+ Foster a culture of user-centred design, collaboration, and empowerment.
+ Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing within delivery teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven delivery management experience. Strong background in Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
