Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their project management skills while contributing to various projects across the organisation. The Junior Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a willingness to learn.

Duties



Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Support project managers in gathering requirements and conducting root cause analysis. Facilitate team meetings and maintain clear communication among team members. Monitor project progress using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet. Maintain documentation through Countfire, All Microsoft programmes in particular SharePoint & Excel, or other content management systems. Conduct data analysis to inform project decisions and improve processes. Help manage resources effectively, including supervising team members when required. Contribute to cost control efforts by tracking expenses and reporting variances. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project updates and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development initiatives.

Experience



Previous experience in a project coordination role or similar is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Connectteam is advantageous. Understanding of various project management methodologies including Waterfall and SAFe. Proficiency in using tools like Primavera P6, Project Server, Visio, and Basecamp is beneficial. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Demonstrated communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. A keen eye for detail with strong organisational abilities. Pay: 24,420.00-38,177.32 per year
