Job Title: Junior Estimator (Glazing)

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Fenster Glazing is a growing double glazing specialist based in Milton Keynes, delivering high-quality commercial and domestic glazing solutions across the UK. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

We're now looking for a Junior Estimator to join our commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's keen to develop their skills in estimating and commercial operations within the construction industry.

The Role

As Junior Estimator, you'll support the pricing of new enquiries and work alongside our Commercial Director, Business Development Manager, and wider commercial team.

Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications Obtain and organise supplier and manufacturer quotations Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for glazing projects Populate and maintain pricing templates and tender files Liaise with team members to clarify technical or commercial requirements Follow internal pricing and estimating procedures
What We're Looking For

Some experience or knowledge of construction or estimating (training will be provided) Competent with numbers and confident using Excel Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Clear communicator and team player Organised, proactive, and methodical
