Company Overview:We are an expanding landscaping company specialising in commercial and private soft landscaping and hard landscaping works, with a focus on horticulture, commercial new builds, high end private developments and estate gardens. we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Estimator; This role offers a unique opportunity for career development and progression within our growing company.

Position: Junior Estimator

Responsibilities:

Estimate costs for commercial landscaping soft and hard works projects. Conduct quantity surveying tasks with a keen eye for detail. Collaborate with directors and the estimating team to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control. Analyse project specifications and requirements to develop precise estimates. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of horticulture or house building. IT proficiency is a must; ability to learn the measuring software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ambitious and eager to progress within the company.
Salary: 24,500 to 27,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE).
