Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both large and small. Work with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event operations. Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event align with client expectations. Handle event registration, guest lists, and other administrative tasks. Support on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from start to finish. Troubleshoot any event-day issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Some previous event planning or project management experience is a plus, but not required. A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences!
