As a Junior Event Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events. From brand activations and product launches to trade shows and pop-up campaigns, you'll help bring client visions to life while learning essential skills in marketing and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the organisation and delivery of client marketing events
Assist in pre-event planning, logistics, and material preparation
Set up event spaces, coordinate staff, and manage on-site activity
Engage with attendees, promote brand messaging, and gather feedback
Help track event performance metrics and report on outcomes
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate records of event activity and stock inventory
Requirements:
