As a Junior Event Specialist, you will be an essential part of our campaign execution team, helping to plan, organise, and deliver marketing events that drive customer engagement and brand awareness. You'll work closely with senior event coordinators, marketing teams, and clients to ensure each campaign runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of marketing events and promotional activities
Engage with event attendees to communicate brand messages and product benefits
Support logistics, including equipment handling, stock management, and site coordination
Monitor footfall, collect feedback, and report key performance indicators
Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are upheld at every event
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet campaign goals
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve future event strategies
