The Role

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an established international flooring/construction company who is willing to invest in you. The position will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to enhance and develop their skills whilst working for a progressive company.

The role will involve working within a specialist team to repair and upgrade industrial and commercial concrete floor slabs. Duties will include operating equipment and applying specialist materials for a variety of floor systems in a dynamic working environment.

Training will be given and the successful candidate will begin by learning our methods of working whilst developing your skills along the way. There is the opportunity to progress through the training tiers dependent on experience and development. Salary is also tiered and linked with this progression. After training, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to lead teams with the running and maintaining of projects in the UK and overseas.

Part of the role will involve completing an element of administration paperwork including maintenance manuals, mileage sheets and expenses. Therefore, good communication skills will be required.

Essential Skills and experience in any of the following:

Experience of working within the construction industry Driving licence Willing to learn and take instruction CSCS Card
Any experience in the following areas would be an advantage:

Mechanical experience Forklift truck licence Experience with optical levelling equipment
