What You'll Do

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on individual to join our professional installation team as

Junior Loft Technician/Installer

. The job is an entry position with the expectation to gain the skills and knowledge to work independently and progress into a Lead Installer.

Key Responsibilities

Install loft ladders, boarding, hatches, lighting and insulation to a high standard Maintain a clean, safe work environment Deliver friendly, respectful service to every customer Work independently or as part of a team Uphold our reputation for quality and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Basic knowledge of carpentry, joinery, construction, or general trades is desirable Experience working with customers face to face Comfortable working in loft spaces and at height Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks Excellent attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude and great customer service skills Own tools is desirable but not essential The desire to want to learn and become a valuable member of the team Full UK driving licence

Locations

More Than Loft Ladders South Midlands operates across a wide area which includes Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough and Cambridge. Work locations vary depending on customer demand .
