Junior Graphic Designer

Reports To:

Design Manager



Main Function:



Create and design content for marketing campaigns, including brand projects, promotions, advertising, internal communications, and digital assets.

Stay up-to-date on design trends, shaping the brand through innovative visuals. Proficient in Adobe CC, with experience in motion/animation being desirable.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Relevant qualifications and/or work experience in Graphic Design Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create content across all channels for the marketing team and business. Support the development of key campaign moments, ensuring designs work digitally and in-store. Stay informed on fashion, design and digital trends to help shape the brand. Support on creative projects, presenting options and responding to feedback. Post-produce photoshoot images and video content for digital and print. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and meet business needs. Meet briefs and deadlines from across the business. Work with the studio and photography team on weekly digital content. Assist in developing and maintaining internal and external brand documents and templates. Maintain strong relationships with other departments, including Marketing, PR, VM, and eCommerce. Represent the brand and ensure designs follow the style guide.

This role is offered on a hybrid working model (minimum of 2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
