Role Purpose
We are seeking a
Junior Graphic Designer
who is
creative, driven, outgoing
, and eager to grow within an ambitious, fast-paced business. You'll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and wider Marketing team to create high-impact visuals across digital, print, and web channels -- from polished brochures and presentations to engaging social posts and email campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your creative skillset and play a key role in a design-forward organisation that values innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually engaging assets across a range of mediums, including:
Social media graphics (especially for
LinkedIn
)
Web banners, print collateral, brochures
Presentation decks and digital publications (using
PowerPoint /
FlippingBook
)
Email marketing designs (campaign graphics and templates)
Develop UI design assets in
Figma
and
Adobe XD
to support digital campaigns and site development.
Develop social media creative
Support the planning and delivery of design assets for photoshoots and video content.
Assist in the production of short-form animations, GIFs, and basic video editing for digital use.
Maintain and evolve Harrison's brand identity across all content, ensuring consistency and high quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver timely, impactful visuals.
Manage and organise digital assets to ensure quick access and reuse.
Proofread and review all designs meticulously to ensure professional polish and accuracy.
Keep current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep Harrison's creative work fresh and innovative.
Provide flexible support across marketing campaigns and ad hoc tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Software proficiency (must-have):
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
Figma
(for UI, wireframes, prototyping)
Adobe XD
(digital layout and interface design)
PowerPoint Presentation
FlippingBook
(or a willingness to learn quickly)
Experience creating social content specifically for
LinkedIn
or other B2B platforms.
1+ years of experience in a design-focused role (in-house or agency).
Strong skills in email design with knowledge of best practices for layout and engagement.
A
motivated self-starter
who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high standards in design.
Strong time management and organisational skills -- able to handle multiple deadlines confidently.
A naturally
outgoing personality
with a desire to contribute ideas and grow with the business.
Bonus: Experience with animation, motion graphics, or After Effects.
