Role Overview



As a Junior Graphic Designer at Adopter, you will be a key creative force in bringing to life the visual narratives of cutting-edge green technologies. Your work will help simplify complex scientific and technical concepts, making them accessible and compelling to B2B and institutional audiences.

Key Responsibilities



Design impactful graphics for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns to communicate new technology-based solutions to climate change and nature loss. Collaborate closely with account managers, content creators, and clients to ensure design meets high standards for accessibility, transparency and delivers client goals. Adapt and optimise graphics for diverse digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency and high quality. Support organisation and management of digital assets to streamline creative workflows. Bring fresh ideas and creative energy to enhance storytelling and engagement. Research, implement and automate processes with new tools and AI solutions.

Required Skills



Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and creating consistent visual assets Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, layout, and digital formats Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Fast and clear communication style, ability to work with a range of people from different countries and backgrounds Knowledge of UX/UI design principles

Preferred Skills



Automation and AI wizz Ability to develop and design no-code websites Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Understanding of social media trends and platform requirements Working experience in B2B or tech marketing

1-2 years of graphic design experience (internships, freelance, or professional) Portfolio showcasing a multiple examples of high quality professional design work Interest or experience in sustainability and climate technology is a strong advantage
