The Premier League's IT department is looking for a Junior IT Technician tojoin our Service Desk team. The preferred candidate will receive training and hands-on experience supporting staff at the Premier League and PGMO.
In this role, you will report to the Service Desk Manager, and the preferred candidate will bring a keen interest in working in IT. They will have the opportunity to learn the role and assist with day-to-day tasks. There will be supported every step of the way as you build your confidence and technical skills in a professional, high-performing environment

The Role
Help set up and maintain laptops, phones, and IT accessories
Log and support staff with IT requests in person and remotely
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Help administer Office 365 user accounts and software
Track IT equipment and update inventory records
Support and maintain printers and AV equipment in meeting rooms
Assist in internal IT projects and documentation tasks
Escalate more complex problems to senior team members
Support with IT projects and asset management systems
Role Requirements
Be enthusiastic about technology and eager to build an IT career
Have basic familiarity with Windows computers and Microsoft Office
Be organised and keen to learn new systems
Enjoy solving problems and helping people
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues
Be flexible and ready to adapt to different challenges
Any prior experience in IT/ Customer Service is desired but not required
