Responsibilities:

Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring that sales and marketing campaigns meet their goals. Supporting the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that make a difference. Coordinating with different teams to deliver successful campaigns across multiple industries. Managing client contracts, keeping track of timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Overseeing and managing a small, dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture. Engaging with clients to provide regular updates, feedback and insights on campaign performance. Contributing to brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the creative direction of marketing projects.

Skills and Experience:

Passionate about sales and marketing, with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and client relationships effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive. Ideally, some experience working in a sales, customer service or marketing environment or managing teams, but we'll train the right person!
