Key Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional activities
Assist with the creation of content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and printed materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights
Help monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Liaise with clients to ensure marketing objectives are understood and delivered
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
Assist in organising events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Coordinate with suppliers and external agencies as required
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail and organisational skills
A creative mindset and an interest in the latest marketing trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media tools is a plus
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
