Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
Support content creation including copywriting, social media posts, and marketing materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets
Help organise events, promotions, and product launches
Manage and update CRM and marketing databases
Respond to client and internal team requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or email marketing tools is a plus
Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data analysis
