Key Responsibilities
Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily admin tasks
Processing online sales orders from our website
Picking, packing, and boxing toilet cubicle fittings for dispatch
Booking carrier collections and preparing orders for delivery
Assisting sales staff with processing orders for production
Ensuring all required components are available for manufacturing
Liaising with the production team to support job scheduling
Providing customers with estimated production and delivery times
About You
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Happy to assist with hands-on packing and dispatch tasks
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
No previous experience required -- training provided
