Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Junior SCADA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems as well as programming and configuring PLCs. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work collaboratively with various engineering teams to ensure efficient operations within our facilities.

Responsibilities

PLC programming for Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems SCADA programming and network interfacing Configuration and management of smart networks and IT systems Integration of Ethernet/fibre network engineering

Essential Criteria

Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Proficiency in PLC programming Strong logical problem-solving skills Full driver's license

Experience with SCADA programming Knowledge of Ethernet and fibre network engineering PLC programming Hands on experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs Background in electrical engineering Professional membership of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)
