Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Maple Construction and Design Ltd. In this role, based in Great Britain, you will play a vital part in our refurbishment projects, ensuring accurate measurements and assessments that contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding construction solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries and site conditions. Utilize AutoCAD and other CAD software to create detailed drawings and plans. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure project specifications are met. Analyze data collected from surveys to provide insights for project planning. Prepare reports and documentation related to survey findings. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the surveying process.

Requirements

Proven experience in land surveying or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software is essential. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage data effectively and produce accurate reports. Knowledge of ArcGIS is a plus but not mandatory.
