Fantastic opportunity to join a leading London voiceover agency as a Junior Agent.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, fun and friendly team, working for our Head of Video Games to cast and supply voices to the games industry.

The role will include:

Checking artist availability

Organising self-tapes

Diary management

Client invoicing

Liaising with clients and producers to book in jobs

Various administration jobs

Data entry

Working for our Head of Video Games and assisting all other members of the team.

It is essential to have knowledge and passion for the arts/entertainment/theatre.

Work experience in media/talent management or agency experience would be preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

? Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload efficiently and effectively with attention to detail

? Have knowledge of video games and the gaming industry

? Be organised and methodical

? Be confident with numbers and negotiating fees

? Have a good command of the English language

? Have excellent communication skills

? Be able to build working relationships and liaise with producers and artists confidently

? Be willing to attend events outside of working hours

? Be discreet with company information

We will provide training for the right person, as required.

Working from home two days a week and in a Soho office three days a week 10am-6pm.
