Job Purpose
The Junior / Graduate Project Manager will support the delivery of key projects and programmes within RDi's Programme Office. This role is designed for an ambitious graduate seeking to develop project management skills in a dynamic, growing organisation. You will work alongside experienced project managers to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and to budget
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of projects within the RDi Programme Office portfolio.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including plans, risk logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate project meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
Identify, log, and help manage project risks and issues.
Support procurement and supplier management processes as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, Commercial).
Help ensure projects comply with RDi's governance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Degree-level qualification (ideally in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and develop project management skills
Desirable:
Some experience (internship, placement year, voluntary, or paid) working on projects
Awareness of project management methodologies (E.g. Prince2, Agile, Waterfall)
Familiarity with MS Project or other Project Management Software
