We are seeking an experienced kebab operator to join our team in a fast-paced takeaway environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Cooking and cutting the kebabs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our meals are cooked to perfection, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to deliver delicious meals efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a kebab shop is essential. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential to ensure compliance in the kitchen. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are vital for success in this role.

Pay: 12.21-17.00 per hour
