Paulways Pet Resort is looking for a enthusiastic, hard working, animal loving Kennel Assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone to start at the end of May or before on a 20 hours a week with possible overtime so must be flexable you would start with a six month trial contract. This will include every other weekend on a rota basis.

Duties include:

*Cleaning kennels, kitchens and work areas

*Washing equipment and outside areas

Walking and socialising all breeds of dogs
*Must be confident in handling and managing canines, felines and small animals

*Have good phone manners with the ability to take bookings and deal with customers

*Messy job not for the light hearted with lots of poo and the need to undertsand that you will be working in all weathers such as snow, heatwaves and the rain

*Able to work independently aswell as in a team, communication and time keeping is a MUST

*Own transport is a MUST as we are located in a rual area, preferably in a ten mile radius

We are a small but highly recommended kennels and cattery, we are looking for someone who will be dedicated, able to work under pressure and very reliable. An experienced person would be better suited but training would be avaliable for the right person.

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
