We are currently seeking a Benefits Assistant for 12 months who will report to the Benefits Specialist.Your opportunity
Provide support and guidance to all Kering brands and corporate teams who utilise the HR Shared Service in the UK and Ireland. Oversee and implement strategies, policies, frameworks and projects related to the services provided that support and build upon the individual brand needs for the UK.How you will contributeSupport in the development, implementation and maintenance of benefits strategies, policies, information and projects
Providing full support to the Benefits Specialist for monthly invoicing and in the two-way flow of monthly information to providers
Track benefits performance against agreed and defined KPIs and SLAs
Full engagement in the delivery and successful execution of the annual benefits window, including but not limited to payroll updates, generic renewals admin, creating preliminary renewal schedules, chasing, updating and reviewing data renewal, supporting with the creation and posting of renewal specific webinars, creating and posting Workplace material, liaising with and chasing brands / employee information
Work with the Benefits Specialist on advising and informing HRSS and all relevant business stakeholders of regulatory or procedural revisions and/or changes
Ensure process communication with Brands and business stakeholders is professional, accurate and timely
Support with Gender Pay Gap reporting and other annual reporting that is requested

To regularly review and reflect best practice, ensuing that the department remains fully GDPR compliant
Provide monthly benefits summary information to payroll team
Assist in building relationships and development of services with benefits vendors
Management of tickets raised and other benefits administrative tasks
