Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring that we deliver the best food experience to our clients. Located in central London, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen. Support chefs in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes. Help organize and clean the kitchen area to ensure a smooth workflow. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and storage. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen or catering environment is preferred but not required. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality. A passion for food and culinary arts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
