Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to supervisors. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous. Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Previous culinary experience or training is a plus, but not essential for the right candidate willing to learn.
