We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Chef to take ownership of our food offering at our new and exciting coffee shop. The ideal candidate will solo manage the kitchen, have a strong background in food preparation and ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly, whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Run the kitchen independently during service hours.
Assisting in menu planning and creative specials.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, in order to maintain stock.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Previous experience in a kitchen (coffee shop experience is a plus!)
Confidence in managing prep, cooking and service alone.
Sociable working hours - 8.00am - 3.00pm
Pay negotiable, dependent on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
