We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and food safety. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist in the planning and execution of daily meal preparation, ensuring timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.

Skills

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards. Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse dishes. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues. Passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve culinary skills.
