You will be an experienced kitchen designer having worked in retail or trade, with strong communication skills and customer understanding. You will be used to working in a target-based sales environment with CRM lead management. About the Role
You will be part of a team that make up the central TKC Design Hub, whereby you will be providing a remote kitchen design service to our different customer channels across retail and trade. You will be liaising with in-branch showroom personnel or directly with our customers customers. You will support the sales process with a comprehensive range of kitchen solutions to our customers in order to generate sales. You will develop an understanding of each of our customer channels and customer brands and deliver a tailored service for each of them. This will give you a wide scope for working with different customer types and increase your earning potential.
