Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise designated areas, including toilets, restaurant, and bar area
- Dust furniture, walls, and fixtures
- Hoover and mop floors
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Be able to help out in kitchen, cleaning dishes, and helping prep meals during lunch service
- Be able to communicate well and listen to instructions from chefs
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and ensure all areas are spotless
- Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
