Responsibilities

Washing, peeling, and preparing ingredients as directed by the kitchen team Cleaning dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and to a high standard Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required Ensuring the kitchen area is kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times Supporting the organisation of storage areas and ensuring stock is stored correctly Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety standards Maintaining health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Skills

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is desirable Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments is a plus Strong organisational skills with attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good team player with excellent communication skills Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as required within the hospitality setting

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.31 per hour
