Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitise dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate and maintain the industrial dishwasher
Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean, organised, and well-maintained
Assist with basic food preparation and stock rotation
Clean and sanitise work surfaces, floors, and equipment (including brushing and mopping)
Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists
Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Porter is essential -
please do not apply without prior KP experience
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Position Details:
Hours: Approximately 15+ hours per week
Shifts: Weekday shifts starting from 12pm, plus evening and weekend shifts as required
