Job Description
:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter/Potwasher to join our kitchen team. Your main responsibilities will include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment. You will support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring all areas are kept tidy and all utensils and cookware are available when needed. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen and requires good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils promptly Keep kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment clean Dispose of waste and recycling properly Assist with basic food prep and deliveries if required Follow all hygiene and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Good level of physical fitness Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
