We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant settings is preferred but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations. Support the catering team in delivering meals for events and functions as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow during busy periods. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies appropriately. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen at all times. Engage with customers when serving food to ensure satisfaction and address any dietary requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new skills within the culinary field. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Experience in catering or meal preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
