Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable
Kitchen Staff
to join our team. As a member of the kitchen team, you will play a vital role in supporting food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating, portioning ingredients)
Ensure all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitised, and properly stored
Wash dishes and kitchenware promptly and efficiently
Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of ingredients
Dispose of waste properly and keep workstations organised
Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy periods
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including allergen awareness
Perform any other kitchen-related duties as required by the Head Chef or Manager
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not essential
Good understanding of food hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
