We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Support catering events by preparing food items as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements. Engage with customers when serving food, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong culinary skills with a focus on meal preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for food and catering, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
