We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation of high-quality meals and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times. Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces. Help with catering events as needed, ensuring that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standard. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation is highly desirable. Strong culinary skills, with an ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen setting. A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing to a positive work environment. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
