We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at YORI in the heart of the city. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding Korean culinary experiences.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
