Summary

We are seeking a KP/Commis to join our kitchen team at The Harrow Inn. This role is essential in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious meals in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Assist chef in food preparation and cooking tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Support the team during busy service times to ensure timely meal delivery. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards are met. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for food and willingness to learn from our experienced chef. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
