Overview

Prior experience is not essential, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Supporting the movement of goods around the site using manual handling techniques Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times Performing general labouring duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials Supporting site organisation by disposing of waste and recycling materials appropriately

Experience

Previous labouring or manual handling experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial environment is desirable Willingness to undertake training related to health & safety, equipment operation, and site procedures
