Labourer (property Maintenance)

Job Description
Translink\xc2\xbfs Property Maintenance Department maintains approximately 400 buildings (NIR, Ulsterbus, Metro & NITHC) across Northern Ireland with one site in Scotland. The main purpose of this role will be to undertake general building and property related labouring duties for the Infrastructure and Property Department. Another key element will be to provide Railway Protection when working on or near the line.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Flexible attitude to work. Ability to work weekends and out of normal hours
- Able to work at heights.
- Full current driving licence
Valid CSR card
Valid PTS card
Previous experience working in a facilities maintenance role
Experience of grounds maintenance
Experience of working in a railway environment.
