The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and play a key role in the continued success of the business. This role is suited to someone with a positive, can-do attitude, who leads by example, takes responsibility seriously and is looking for a long-term position within a growing company.

You will oversee multiple landscaping projects, manage landscaping teams, improve operational efficiency and ensure consistently high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for day-to-day landscaping operations across multiple sites Manage and support landscaping teams to ensure high performance and professionalism Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work schedules Ensure projects are delivered on time, efficiently, and to specification Monitor job performance against planned timeframes and resources Report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing better ways of working Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality and progress Oversee the general upkeep of vehicles, tools and equipment Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times

Essential Requirements

A wealth of knowledge and experience in construction or landscaping Proven experience in an operations, site, or supervisory management role Strong organisational and leadership skills A consistently positive and professional attitude Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
