We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and a passion for creating efficient, scalable applications. You will be responsible for developing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This role requires collaboration with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.

We're looking for a skilled

Laravel & PHP Developer

with solid experience building applications from the ground up. You'll be working on projects that require deep knowledge of Laravel best practices, clean architecture, and robust MySQL database design.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Laravel & PHP development Strong experience with

Laravel 9+

and

modern PHP (8.x)

Proven ability to

build applications from scratch

using Laravel best practices Deep understanding of

Laravel MVC

, service container, and routing Familiarity with

API authentication

using Laravel Sanctum or Passport Strong grasp of

MySQL

, including table design, indexing, and normalization Practical knowledge of

Eloquent ORM

, including relationships, accessors, and mutators Proficient in using

migrations

for efficient database handling

Duties

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, well-documented code following best practices in software development. Conduct unit testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of applications. Participate in agile methodologies, including Scrum, to enhance project management and delivery. Utilise version control systems such as Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment. Engage in wireframing and design discussions to improve user experience and application functionality. Work with databases, particularly MySQL, to manage data effectively and securely. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in application development.
