We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laser technology and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser treatments, ensuring client safety, and delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities

Conduct laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines. Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns. Perform makeup application as required to enhance client satisfaction post-treatment. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client progress. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Communicate clearly with clients about the procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions. Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and skincare trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role within the beauty or medical field. Strong knowledge of laser technology and its applications in skincare treatments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Experience in makeup application is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Relevant certifications or training in laser technology are preferred but not mandatory.
