We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Front of House team. You will assist in the process of providing the Hospice with a clean, tidy, and hygienic environment for patients, families and staff.


You should enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills. You should be flexible and able to adapt to various challenges. You will:

Be required to have laundry experience or cleaning experience, preferably within a caring environment. Have a knowledge of COSHH and infection control. Be willing to work towards or have an NVQ qualification in Housekeeping. Have good organisational skills. Be able to prioritise work and use your own initiative. Shift 8.00-13.30

St Gemma's Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice's In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma's community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
