The Opportunity 
 Salary: 44,075 to 58,829 per annum 
 Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week 
 Location: County Hall, Chichester and hybrid working

 As our Lawyer, you will join a dynamic team and have access to an established career progression scheme offering scope for future development. 
 Your primary focus will be to provide clear and balanced advice on commercial property, residential property and land law matters within the Property Team in Legal Services. You will run a mixed case load, drafting, and providing advice on leases, licences, easements, reviewing less complex titles and writing title reports, and conducting small sales and other land law related matters. 
 You will work within the Property Team in Legal Services to provide a quality legal service to client groups across the County Council. Key areas include leases, licences, easements, less complex title checking and writing title reports and conducting smaller sales and other work areas as required by the Principal Solicitor. 
 Legal Services aims to give the best possible legal and insurance service to the Council.  This role is within a career progression scheme which is aimed at solicitors or legal executives from one year's post-qualification experience up to five years post qualification experience. 
 Qualified lawyers will be expected to complete any formal post-qualification training and examinations required by their regulatory body. Progression through the grade will be achieved by successful performance of specific and general work areas.
