Role Overview:
We're looking for a fully trained, experienced barista with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a fast-paced coffee environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in all areas of coffee preparation, latte art, customer service, and multitasking under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station at all times.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Work confidently under pressure during busy rush periods.
Support the wider team in day-to-day cafe operations including till work, restocking, and cleaning.
Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met in line with company and FSA guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a barista in a busy cafe or coffee shop.
Strong coffee knowledge and excellent technical barista skills.
Ability to handle high volumes quickly and calmly.
Passion for great coffee and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
