We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Lead Dental Nurse

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to take the next step in their dental nursing career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the nursing team across our 7 treatment suites Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with all CQC and health & safety regulations Provide chairside assistance for a variety of procedures, with a strong focus on implant dentistry Support clinicians in the delivery of high-quality patient care Manage stock control and oversee sterilisation protocols Assist with staff training, mentoring, and day-to-day team coordination Communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations 1 Saturday per month is required to be worked

Requirements

GDC registered Dental Nurse Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental nursing role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position Proven experience in implant dentistry is essential Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident in leading a team in a busy clinical environment Knowledge of compliance standards and ability to implement best practices A positive, proactive approach with a strong focus on patient care and team development
