Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure smooth operation of pharmacy services Assist with medication preparation, dispensing, and administration in accordance with established protocols Support and guide team members in delivering high-quality patient care Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of medications Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Provide training and mentorship to new staff members Address patient queries and concerns professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times Maintain accurate documentation related to medication administration and shift activities Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

Qualifications



Proven experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar healthcare support role Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care standards Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to lead a team effectively under pressure Relevant qualifications in pharmacy support or healthcare assistance are desirable Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
