Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients.
Maintain and update the lead database using a CRM System.
Communicate effectively with leads, providing them with information about our products and services.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
Proven experience in sales or lead generation roles.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead qualification.
